This colony is being constructed and will have a pomerium by the beginning of 269 BC.
Buildings (as of 269 BC):
Forum: Paved forum for official and mercantile actions, and two paved roads within the boundary of the pomerium, one leading north/south through the forum and one leading east/west
Temple of the Divine Triad: A sizable temple for Divine Triad, Iuppiter, Iuno, and Minerva
Council Building: A building for the local council to meet, debate, and vote on issues
Amphitheater: A building for public events, usually used for plays
Wooden walls: Wooden walls surround the Pomerium
Primitive fortress: A wooden fortress in the most defensive part of the city, in this case occupying a central hill within the wooden walls.
